Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Session Cancellation

1.1 A session may be cancelled:

• In Israel: until 10:00 AM on the day before the session 

• International clients: up to 48 hours in advance 

1.2 Late cancellations will be charged in full.

 

2. Late Arrival or No-Show

• Late arrival will be deducted from session time 

• No-show will be charged in full 

 

3. Refunds

No refunds will be provided for:

• Completed sessions 

• Late cancellations 

 

4. Cancellation by the Service Provider

The Company may reschedule or cancel a session. In such cases, an alternative appointment or a refund will be offered.

 

Clarification Regarding the Nature of Services

Muriel Cohen is a certified life and business coach and couples therapy coach, trained and certified among others certifications at “Emotion” School of Coaching, and certified as a ThetaHealing Practitioner by the ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge – THInK.

Her work combines deep spiritual and conscious awareness with practical and structured implementation, supporting individuals, entrepreneurs, and couples in processes of clarity, decision-making, and personal transformation.

Her approach integrates inner awareness, emotional intelligence, body connection, and energy work, with the aim of translating inner insights into precise action in personal and professional life.

The services provided do not constitute medical or psychological treatment, but rather process-based personal development support.

Energetic sessions are also conducted remotely and do not require physical presence, and are intended to:
